Deposition of wine stone in the bottle does not mean that the wine is of poor quality or that something illegal has been done with it. It is only a visible manifestation of the secretion of a natural, unstable component of wine. The wine should be decanted (decanted) from the sediment and can be enjoyed. Nothing will happen to anyone who swallows a small amount. The appearance of tartar deposits means that the wine was in conditions that encouraged its deposition, so you should think about changing the conditions in which the wine is stored. In ordinary refrigerators, the temperature is usually between two and four degrees Celsius. Wine, on the other hand, should be stored in a dark room at a stable temperature of around 12 degrees and then cooled or warmed before tasting.
