Ice wine harvest at Radoš! The team from Ilok’s Papak Winery is harvesting frozen Graševina for the first time

After five years of patient waiting, the conditions for an ice wine harvest finally arrived. We harvested the grapes at a temperature of minus eight degrees, with snow nearly 30 centimeters deep, the team at Vina Papak proudly reported. This marks their third ice wine harvest, though it is the first time they have picked frozen Graševina clusters. We will know what the wine is like in two or three years.
