Bentley cars are often described as a Rolls-Royce for those not quite rich enough. Beyond limousines, the manufacturer also produces high-performance sports cars. This blue-and-white model pairs perfectly with a glass of Brut Nature Riesling, a classic sparkling wine that leaves a long lasting impression.
A Grey Ferrari and Pinot Gris
The color red is most often associated with Ferrari, but a grey one arrived in Lokošin Dol. The team that drove it there could have chosen Pinot Gris. It is a natural mutation of Pinot Noir that lost its color over the centuries, yet never ceased producing excellent wines.
Audi RS and Red Veltliner
The pink-red-purple Audi RS was among the most colorful cars. On paper, its wine pairing is Red Veltliner. Why on paper? Because it is a white wine, and the Braje Wine House is the only producer in our region making it as a single-varietal wine.
A Dark Grey Porsche and Pinot Noir
Red Porsches are the most striking, even though the legendary 911 was more often white, black, or silver. This Porsche is dark grey, almost black, so let its wine be black too. At least in name. Pinot Noir wines aro noble, with a beautiful red color.
A Police Lamborghini and a 'still' Riesling
The Carabinieri were driving a Lamborghini, a special model actually named the Carabinieri. They likely had to maintain order, so they refreshed themselves with water rather than wine. Still, they certainly deserve a glass of still Riesling, a varietal that, in Croatia, produces some of its finest wines right here in Plešivica.
