O vinariji
A new era began in 1995. That year, Ivan Ergović purchased the winery and subsequently renovated and modernized it. It was known as Feravino until its rebranding in 2021, when the name was changed to Enosophia, a term that translates to the wisdom of wine.
They initially captured the attention of the wine community with their red wines, primarily those made from the Frankovka variety. Over time, they expanded their portfolio; today, their regular lineup features 22 wines across four categories: sparkling wines, Dika (Pride), modern wines and Miraz (Dowry). Occasionally, when the vintage allows, they produce additional wines, such as predicate ones or those from specific vineyard sites.

Memoria is a Riesling sparkling wine produced using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle. The grape variety is significant here, as sparkling Rieslings tend to display fewer of the heavy, yeasty notes of toast and brioche commonly found in the more prevalent, mature Chardonnay-based sparkling wines. It is memorable for retaining much of its varietal character, fresh citrus, peach, and green apple, along with hints of acacia honey, while aging introduces noble petrol-like nuances. Like any fine sparkling wine, it makes an excellent aperitif and pairs beautifully with seafood and richer white fish. It is especially well-suited for leisurely evening gatherings. For such a mature sparkling wine, the price is also appealing: 16 euros.
