2028-1. Saints Hills Josephina doček na terasi 1 — We were welcomed by the lovely Josefina Muscianisi Soldati... She is hospitality manager. I suppose it means welcome manager. And we certainly felt welcome...

2031-2. Saints Hills Pošip je ljetni izbor — Posh was the perfect welcome... That English word means elegant. English people might also call it stylish... Luxurious... That’s Pošip... It is elegant and stylishly luxurious...

2039-3. Saints Hills terasa — The concrete egg on the terrace hints that the wines at the winery are special. They are precise, clean, enjoyable, and different from the others, like the Croatian band sings

2029-4. Saints Hills U podrumu smo i ozbiljno razgovarali — We had a serious discussion about wines in the cellar. Or at least, we pretended to be serious. In reality, we were examining the small barrels and enjoying their contents.

2030-5~1 — There are all kinds of wines in the cellar in Oskorušno... Plavac like this and like that, Pošip like this and like that, Crljenak like this and like that... Don't knock, just taste and enjoy!

2033-6. Saints Hills Još malo podrumskih razgovora — Injoy the cellar... If the host is good, the guest can learn a great deal. And the host in this cellar is truly good. He knows his craft, and he makes no secret of what he knows.

2034-7. Saints Hills vinčeko — Dingač Ernest Tolj is a legendary red wine that Wine Enthusiast rated 99 out of a possible 100 points in 2024. And all proceeds from the sale of this ET go to charity...

2038-8. Saints Hills može li se odoljeti osmijehu i jelu koje pripremi Ivana Bjeliš — Returning to the terrace means coming in the hands of Ivana Bjeliš. Some wines made their way up from the cellar to complement Ivana’s exquisite culinary creations.

2032-9. Saints Hills stol početak — A bit of raw, a bit of smoked, a bit of breaded, a bit of yellow, a bit of red-and-white, then a bit of red on the plate and a bit more white in the glass awaited at the table.

2036-1~1 — Let’s be honest: to those of us with failing eyesight, this dish looked like an o'melet. It wasn’t an Irishman by that name, nor was it a dish from the island of o'Ml(j)et. It was RISOTTO

2035-11. Saints Hills slatko... Što će drugo poželjeti onaj tko slatko ne smije — What do I find to enjoy in, if not the very thing I shouldn't? Like a child, I dream sweet dreams. And I am a child. I can say I’m seven years old: six and one, instead of sixty one

2037-12. Saints Hills tko zna koji slijed, ali još malo slatkoga, za svaki slučaj — As if there hadn't been enough sweets already, along came the rožata... I love it. And let it be known: we were treated to a wine tasting, but we paid for lunch ourselves.
