Some stories do not end because they were unsuccessful, but rather because they have fulfilled their purpose and the time has come for new ones. Today, I am closing one of the most important chapters of my professional life. With these words, Martin Grozdanović announced that he is no longer working at the renowned Kutjevo winery.

After years of working for others, the time has come for me to devote even more energy to my own story through the Grozdanović company, providing oenological consulting services and developing my own winery and Vina Grozdanović brand, Martin announced a new professional episode.

Chief oenologist since 2021

He came to Galić Vina in 2020 at the invitation of the then chief oenologist Slaven Jeličić. A year later, after Slaven's departure, he took over his role. Winery Galić has vineyards in Dalmatia and Slavonia, and under the Galić and Dalmatian Ego brands it produces wines from as many as 23 varieties.

A basket full of awards

As early as 2022, the highest recognitions from some of the world's largest evaluations began to arrive. They also have four golds from this year's Decanter, and with the previous ones, they have a total of seven from that big evaluation. In recent years, among others, they won 10 golds from the Mundus Vini judging in Germany and one from the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.

Martin Grozdanović has vineyards in Oriovac, near Brodski Stupnik. He is already selling Graševina, Rosé, and Yellow Muscat, and plans to expand production. We wish him the best of luck and even more top accolades for his wines.
