According to weather forecasts, the week ahead will be mostly sunny. Clouds will occasionally obscure the sun, but no rain is expected. Temperatures will generally be pleasant, too; the odd chilly morning won't spoil the 18 to 25 degrees Celsius predicted by Norwegian forecasters for the entire week. If the forecast holds true, a fine white wine from the Dalmatian Hinterland will be the perfect accompaniment to the lovely weather all week long...

Kujundžuša, Pošip, Žilavka, Sauvignon and Chardonnay in equal proportions make up the Draga Riserva 2023 from the Grabovac winery in Proložac, near Imotski. Three indigenous Croatian varieties contribute minerality, body, and structure, while two of the world’s most widespread white ones add freshness and a touch of relish. The vineyard sits on the beautiful Vučja Draga location, exposed to winds that dry the grape clusters and protect them from disease. The wine itself is delightful, with characteristics that make it almost universally appealing. On warmer days, it pairs perfectly with grilled fish, creamy pasta, and seafood risottos, while in cooler weather, it complements veal, pork, and even lamb.
