Klaudio Jurčić discussed wine with the Rijeka coach and learned that he prefers Merlot and Pinot Noir to Cabernet Sauvignon, that he visited Domaine de la Romanée-Conti but preferred the Dom Pérignon estate, that he is happy to see the Croatian wine scene making great strides and that he wants to get to know Southern Dalmatia better, especially its islands

... and that’s how I think about wines, too

I still love Slovenian wines the most. I have a circle of friends with whom I often meet, so we cook and drink. Socializing is important, and that's why I love the taverns of Central Dalmatia. These are some more wine thoughts from the most famous Slovenian football coach, Matjaž Kek, who spends a lot of time in Croatia even when he's not coaching a Croatian club, and is waiting for more free days to get to know southern Dalmatia better, especially the islands there. The conversation without wine, because Kek went to training afterwards, can be seen at Pro Wine Youtube channel
