Sparkling Wine & Strawberry Festival 2026
Festival pjenušaca i jagoda returns on May 23 and 24, 2026, to Plešivica and Jastrebarsko, bringing one of Croatia’s most unique spring wine and gastronomy events. The festival gathers 15 wineries from the Plešivica region, opening their cellars and vineyard estates for two days of premium sparkling wines, fresh local strawberries, gastronomy, and live music.

Festival pjenušaca i jagoda takes place on May 23 and 24, 2026, in Jastrebarsko and the surrounding Plešivica wine region — Croatia’s leading sparkling wine destination.
The festival combines premium Croatian sparkling wines with locally grown strawberries, creating a unique spring eno-gastronomic experience just outside Zagreb. Throughout the festival weekend, visitors can explore wineries, enjoy guided tastings, discover special food offerings, and experience concerts, DJ performances, and open-air programs among the vineyards of Plešivica.
This year’s edition includes 15 participating wineries, including new festival locations such as Amfigora and the Josip Braje winery. The festival also highlights local strawberry producers and the authentic landscape and wine culture of Plešivica.
During the entire month of May, selected festival sparkling wines will also be available in restaurants across the Jastrebarsko area.
